Kirby Drive Richmond to 59
Median Work to Continue
Buffalo Speedway Construction 1
Buffalo Speedway Construction

Kirby Drive construction between Richmond and US 59 continues with the finishing touches this week and Buffalo Speedway construction between US 59 and Bissonnet will continue storm sewer improvements.

Kirby Drive Construction
Crews successfully completed the western--and final--half of the Richmond/Kirby intersection last weekend and has shifted efforts to the construction of the new center median. Work this week began at 59 and is progressing nicely to the north. Crews will also continue work on improvements behind the curb. Brick paver and pedestrian light installation will continue and in the coming weeks, workers will be installing landscaping material.

Look for traffic control to remain largely unchanged this week.

Buffalo Speedway Construction
Workers began the initial run of storm sewer installation last week and will continue those efforts in the coming week. Night work at the Bissonnet intersection is likely to continue on into Monday or Tuesday.

Look for weekly updates as this project progresses.
