Orion Communities Holiday Fundraiser

Please donate to help our neighbors in need...
Kimberton Whole Foods has chosen Orion Communities as our fundraiser drive this holiday season. Orion Communities' mission is to engender hope, dignity and self-reliance in those experiencing poverty, disability or illness.
Orion Communities works within the greater Phoenixville area to help those residents whose needs are not being met by other resources. Orion Communities is making a difference in our area through:
· support of single parent families in times of crisis
· Assisting in employment initiatives that include transportation
· Offering individual advocacy and helping to
empower those with disabilities
During the first half of 2010, Orion Communities helped local community members complete resumes and find jobs, provided tokens or gas for medical appointments and job interviews, as well as provided families or individuals with food, housing and basic needs in times of crisis.
Please consider donating to this very worthy cause this holiday season! An event for the fundraiser will be taking place on December 9th at the Kimberton Cafe. Details here.
How can I donate?
At checkout, inform your cashier the amount you would like to donate. Cash, credit card, debit and checks (payable to Kimberton Whole Foods) are welcome. Each store will also have a donation jar available for cash donations. The fundraiser will be running until January 15th and KWF will match donations made up to $2,500, so please give what you can!

KWF soups at the Phoenixville Firebird Festival

Come join us in downtown Phoenixville for the seventh annual Firebird Festival. Festivities start at 4 PM on Saturday, December 11th.
Kimberton Whole Foods will be on site serving 4 varieties of homemade, organic soups to keep you warm by the glow of the bonfire!
