There are big things happening at Wolfe Hockey Developement in the New Year, and we hope that 2011 brings you the same successes as 2010. We are proud to announce the openings of two training facilites that will each feature small sheets of real ice. These facilities will be located at The Gardens Ice House in Laurel, MD and at The Rockville Ice Arena in Rockville, MD. Our Evolution Hockey Academy has begun taking applications for the 2011 session. Evolution is the premier training program for players ages 16 and up. This program features coaches from all levels, including NCAA, USHL, NAHL, and more. Visit the Evolution page on our website for more details.

New Training Facilities
We are proud to announce the construction of two new real ice facilities are under way. These rinks will be locacted at The Gardens Ice House in Laurel, MD and the Rockville Ice Arena in Rockville, MD. We have already broken ground on the Laurel facility, and progress is also underway in Rockville. Along with these facilities, Wolfe Hockey Development is now the exclusive provider of goalie training at both of these rinks. Please view some of the ground breaking pictures and plans found below.
The Gardens Ice House (60' x 30'): We have broken ground just outside of the Logsdon rink The building has been ordered, is currently being fabricated, and should arrive in 6 - 7 weeks. Our goal is to be open and providing top notch instruction for both skaters and goalies as of April 1, 2011. **We will be offering free half hour lessons on April 2 on the new Laurel training facility, The Ice Den. You can sign up on our website.**
Rockville Ice Arena (25' x 20'): This rink will be located inside Rink 3 and will be REAL ICE, not synthetic. This facility will be opening on Valentines Day, February 14, 2011. The training pad will be open during the "primetime" hours of 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. weekdays and 9am-9pm weekends. Non-prime hours will also be available by appointment, please call for more information. **We will be offering free half hour lessons on February 19 on our new Rockville training pad.
