MERGER WITH MIDFLORIDA CREDIT UNION APPROVED Our Board of Directors approved it, the regulators approved it, and now you, the members of Bay Gulf Credit Union, have approved it. Bay Gulf will officially become part of MIDFLORIDA as of October 1, 2010. The combined credit union, MIDFLORIDA and Bay Gulf, will result in $1.55 billion in assets, nearly 150,000 members, and service to 14 Central Florida counties.
