New Presenters for SMARTRISK No Regrets Live
Along with many significant updates and improvements to the SMARTRISK No Regrets program, the youth team is thrilled to announce that it has added several new presenters to the No Regrets Live roster this summer! West coast presenters were trained in Vancouver in mid-July, and last week the Toronto office hosted a two day training session for our new Ontario and east coast presenters. Since then, one of our new presenters, Blair Williams, has been featured in a CTV news story about diving-related spinal injuries. Click here to check it out! If you would like to book a No Regrets Live presentation for your school/community, or are interested in learning more about the show, please contact our Senior Program Coordinator, Alex Kelly (416-596-2703).

Now Accepting Applications for the 2011-2012 Youth Advisory Team!
It's that time of the year again - SMARTRISK is on the lookout for hard-working and motivated youth to join our Youth Advisory Team. If you are between the ages of 16 and 25 and want an engaging role in empowering young people and helping to keep them safe and injury free, then we want you!
The YAT are a group of youth who assist SMARTRISK youth staff and No Regrets teams across Canada in their work to help young people learn the importance of taking smart risks. As a member of the YAT, you will have the opportunity to take part in various injury prevention, health promotion and leadership projects. Plus, you gain valuable volunteer experience that translates well onto your resume.
