To Performance Night Volunteers
A huge THANK YOU to those of you who have stepped forward to help with performance night activities. (There are still a couple spots to fill in the coming weeks, so I encourage the rest of you to see where you can be of help. Just go to www.theatreBHS.com and click on the 'Sign Up!' page.)
A couple things:
- Please plan to be at the school by 6:30 to help set up. You can watch the show, but will need to step out to prepare for intermission two songs before intermission begins.
- If you are a backstage seamstress, you need only work from about 6:30 - 7:15 to make any necessary repairs from the night before.
- Due to the success of what we observed at the PAC this summer, we have adopted a new uniform. We ask that all volunteers and students involved in the sales or concession activities please wear a plain white shirt, black pants and black closed-toed shoes. At the Mraz, you will be given a uniform vest to wear as well.
If you have questions, just drop an email to Deb Grazzini or Patti Sperl at boosters@theatreBHS.com |

Looking for Photo CDs?
If you are missing any photo collections from last year's theatre season, including Sweeney Todd, you can pick them up during any performance at the DVD sales table.
If your student was involved in the show, there is no cost for the photo disc. If they weren't and you just want a copy, there will be a nominal charge to cover materials.
These will be available for pick up starting NEXT weekend (October 29th).
PS. Would love to say Video DVDs are ready... but... not yet! |

Save $$$ on ticket prices!
THURSDAYS are student and senior appreciation nights. Show your student ID and get $2 off the ticket prices.
Want to save EVEN MORE?
Make a non-perishable snack food donation to Brainpower for Backpacks and receive $1 off your ticket prices. (Save up to an additional $2 off your ticket.) This is good for ALL tickets (including adults) on Thursday nights. (This means that students and seniors could get in for as little as $6 while helping children in need!)
To see what food donations are requested, go to www.mrazcenter.com and scroll to the bottom for a link to BrainPower for Backpacks. |
Angel Society payments due
$120 covers an entire year of theatre activity
Reminder envelopes were sent home with students this week. If you have not yet sent yours in, please plan to do so during our upcoming performance nights. (You can either give to Christine Zrust or turn into Randy Day's office.)
If you are unable to pay the full $120 at this time, we certainly welcome partial payments as your budget allows. This is a vital part of our budget and every dollar helps.
If you have any questions, just let me know. |
See you at the Mraz!
