| Hi, neighbor...Can I borrow some sugar?
Okay. I don't need a cup of sugar, but I am hoping that some of our theatre families might be able to loan us a couple items for a RENT photoshoot we have coming up (and possibly for the performance itself).
- Electric guitar - do not need amps or anything else. It is purely for look.
- Women's high heel shoes or boots that might fit a man's size 12-14 foot.
- Video camera, does not need to work, just loook compact and perhaps a litle dated or old.
- A stand alone step ladder - must be under 5' and would love it if it were beaten up a bit (but I will not destroy it if it is not). This is for a display case that will be locked from now until the show closes.
If you can help, please contact Christine Zrust at (952) 769-7901 or christine.zrust@theatreBHS.com as soon as possible. |
| Looking for Special Volunteers
If you are familiar with the program, then you know we will send out please for volunteers often over the course of the year. This time it is for something a little different. We are looking to fill three very special roles:
Development Coordinator
- Solociting business advertisements for programs
- Soliciting business / community sponsorships
- Grant writing (with help)
- Networking in the community to build PR opportunities & appearances
- The 'Face' of BHS Theatre within the Burnsville - Eagan - Savage community
Media Coordinator
- Website updates
- Photo CD duplication & distribution
- Photo archiving
- DVD duplication & sales
- Channel 14 videographer (training provided so you can help supervise other volunteers)
Archival Coordinator
- Sort through past news articles and create several scrapbooks
- Organize past publicity items into binders
- A few other odd projects to keep our history organized!
If you can help, please contact Christine Zrust at (952) 769-7901 or christine.zrust@theatrebhs.com as soon as possible.
PS. Sally & Paul would never let me live it down if I didn't take the time to also mention that tech days are already well underway and they are looking for volunteers for RENT & A CHRISTMAS CAROL. You know... they are such beastly people! Just kidding... If you haven't helped before, I guarrantee you will have a good time working along side both of them and their crews.

Each new season brings many new faces (both students and parents a like.) Help spread the word about upcoming events, meetings and auditions by sending them this email or encouraging them to visit our website at www.theatreBHS.com.
Until then, welcome to another exciting season!
Christine Zrust
Communications Coordinator
PS. Please bear with me as we update mailing lists to reflect graduating students and incoming sophomores. If you wish to be removed from future mailings, simply respond with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line so I don't miss you on other lists outside of this system.
