Welcome to your April update! Before we get started we have to share a bit of wonderful news with you -- our brilliant Art Director Michael Solomon has won the Alcuin Society Award for Excellence in Book Design for his design of Cybele Young's wonderful picture book, A Few Blocks. Michael has also been awarded an Alcuin Society Honourable Mention for his design of City Numbers by Joanne Schwartz and Matt Beam. Congratulations, Michael!   

 

We're also very excited to share our latest book trailer with you.  

I Have the Right to Be a Child is a gorgeously illustrated picture book that introduces young children to the concept of human rights, and more specifically to their rights as children, as set out in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

 

This moving video was created by our Marketing Manager Fred Horler and features his daughter Zoe as narrator. Watch it now:
