I usually spend December clearing up old business and thinking about what I want the next year to be for me. I'm looking at what I want to KEEP, LET GO & BEGIN in 2012. This week I'm focusing on what I want to KEEP in 2012.
I'm definitely going to keep tracking my 5 daily servings of fruits & vegetables. I have plenty of twinkly gold stars to give myself when I hit that magic 5. And since I'm not always sure what a serving is, I will continue to add to my list of What's a Serving. What do you want to KEEP in 2012?

This week I'm focusing on what I want to KEEP in 2012; one activity or behavior that is working for me; one thing that will help get me to my goal:
Tracking my five daily servings of fruits & vegetables.
