What does your holiday schedule look like?  Are you getting enough sleep?  Are you staying active?  Are you taking the time to make a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner?  Have you scheduled in some me time?  Our schedules this time of year seems to get filled up quite rapidly and we get pushed off our own priority list.

Look at your week ahead and see what you can take off your calendar/to-do list and put 'rest, relax & re-energize' in its place.

I've lost weight twice before but I gained it back eventually.  This time I'm determined to keep it off and I realize that it's not a one time fix.  It's a journey.  And as with all great journeys, you learn as you go.
