When I'm having a social evening at home (family grill night or date night with my husband) I want to have something special to drink.  In the past I usually had wine but I rarely stopped at one and it added up quickly.  I'm now drinking Pellegrino and lemon and I'm loving it.  I still have one glass of wine with dinner but the rest of the time I'm getting my water in and enjoying something special. Pellegrino is now my default choice of beverages.

I've lost weight twice before but I gained it back eventually.  This time I'm determined to keep it off and I realize that it's not a one time fix.  It's a journey.  And as with all great journeys, you learn as you go.
