My husband, Steve, just came home after working 10 months on the mainland and, besides enjoying having him home again, we both realized how much easier it is to make healthier choices when you're doing it with a buddy. We are tracking together, meal planning together and I'd like to say we're cooking together, but he's doing most of the cooking. It is so much easier and more fun than doing it by myself. That shouldn't come as a surprise but I forget that I don't have to do it on my own. There is always support out there; I just have to find it, ask for it, or join it.
And not every buddy has to be support for everything. Steve isn't joining me at the gym or for walks, so I have to look elsewhere for that buddy power.
Buddy power does make a difference. Who can you buddy with this week to get out and walk with or meet up and track with?
Who will you buddy with this week?

Did you expand your comfort zone last week?

| Check with friends, family and acquaintances around you. Someone you know might also be looking for a buddy.
