I'm tired.  I've wandered off the path of healthy choices.  The motivation is waning.  But the most amazing thing is that I'm not asking if I should continue, I'm not throwing a tantrum because it's not easy and I am not giving myself a hard time about it.  I'm just hanging in there, searching for what will get me back on track.  With the assumption that I will get back on track. 

This is new territory here and I think it's amazing. I'm not 100% on and I'm not 100% off, and I most definitely am not giving up on this journey.  So my plan for this week is get more sleep, find more smiles in my day, and keep on keepin' on.

I've lost weight twice before but I gained it back eventually.  This time I'm determined to keep it off and I realize that it's not a one time fix.  It's a journey.  And as with all great journeys, you learn as you go.
