Choose to eat more fruits & vegetables.
That's pretty much it for this week's strategy. Eat more fruits & vegetables. Fairly simple and straightforward IF you have bought it and have it in the house already. So this week, I'm focusing on BUYING more fruits and vegetables to snack on. That means ensuring that they are in a format that I can grab and eat (easy peel, pre-cut, pre-measured, pre-packed, or no fuss required).
