Do you want to be healthier, stronger or happier? Envision what you would do and how you would be as your healthier, stronger, happier self; then start where you are to live that future you today.
Would the future you...
- eat more vegetables at every meal? ... then start by eating one more vegetable today.
- drink water in place of soft drinks (regular and diet)? ... then drink one more glass of water today or buy a water bottle to take with you (or actually take the one you bought last year).
- be more active? ...then take 100 or even 1000 more steps today, or invite a friend or business acquaintance to the park instead of the coffee house this week.
- have time to revel in your favorite activity or hobby? ... then find ten minutes today or one evening this week to enjoy something you really want to do.
Can you start to live your future this week?

| Instead of aggressively forcing yourself into a bootcamp mentality about change, give your mind permission to make the leaps on its own schedule, in its own time.
