It is so easy to pack your schedule full of interesting (or not so interesting) activities, tasks, commitments and to-dos; then push your own healthy activities & choices aside because you just don't have the time to do it all.
That happened this last week and now I'm having to return to taking the time to take care of myself and my health; make my walks a priority; schedule my yoga; take time to relax and re-energize in order to prevent yet another snack attack.
So now I'm reviewing where I could have said 'no' (optional ways to say 'no'); where I could have delegated or delayed or even dumped some of my to-dos (Dhucking Your Responsibilities); and I'm scheduling in some me time this next week and making it my priority.
Can you make you time a priority this week?

| The happiness of too many days is often destroyed by trying to accomplish too much in one day. We would do well to follow a common rule for our daily lives - DO LESS, AND DO IT BETTER.
