That week that I talked about in the last edition is almost over and I have to say that I did my best in the moment.  Sure my choices weren't perfect and I've identified a few key decision points that I can prepare better for next time, but I did my best to stay fueled with healthier food choices & finding 10 minutes here and there to be active.  I also focused on limiting the build up of stress by remembering to breathe, getting out of my head and taking a moment or two to notice the beauty around me.   Maybe my best this week isn't my best for a more normal week but it was definitely my best for this kind of week.
