We are so busy doing that we often forget to acknowledge who we are and just how far we've come. We may set goal after goal and forget to acknowledge the wins and successes along the way. We may forget to celebrate (and enjoy) the journey. Sometimes it's easier to be our own worst critic than it is to be our own best, encouraging and supportive friend. At least I find it is for me, and this week was a great reminder for me to take the time to acknowledge myself and celebrate the small steps I've taken and the wins that I've had.
So when was the last time you acknowledged yourself for your efforts, your natural strengths & characteristics, your hard work, your persistence, your wins, your successes and your attempts?
What's your list of 25 acknowledgments this week?
How will you celebrate these and future accomplishments?
What are 5 ways you could celebrate this week?

How do you celebrate? I've started a blog and my first entry is asking how you celebrate your wins, successes and accomplishments. I share my 5 favorite ways to celebrate. Please share yours so that we can all get a lot more ideas on how to celebrate without food. To share go to Getting Your Dhucks in a Row.
