Final allocations for the Perkins 5-Year application plan were uploaded and posted on September 7, 2011 in iGrants. The "Budget" tab is now available for districts to complete the 1000B form.

Please note, indirect rates cannot exceed 5 percent.

 

As a friendly reminder, Perkins IV regulations require districts to submit a Perkins Performance Improvement Plan (PPIP) for all unmet performance indicators, with the exception of 2S1.

In addition, districts must complete and receive an approval of the Perkins End-of-Year Report (iGrants form package 477) in order for the CTE program office to finalize the district's Perkins application.

 

PPIP can be found in the EDS by going into the Career and Technical Education site and choosing the Perkins IV tab. The Perkins End-of-Year Report (form package 477), can be found here.

 

Both system does require a username and password. To obtain a username and password, please work directly with your district iGrants and EDS coordinator.
