إنا لله و إنا إليه راجعون

Several members of the Egyptian American community have endured losses of family members over the past month. Among them: Mr. Hatem Helmy, the Egyptian Consulate's Press Counselor who lost his mother in Egypt, Ahmed and Fatma Komsan who lost their son in New York, and more recently Mr. Mohamed ElKhatib, Commercial Secretary at the Egyptian Consulate's Economic and Commercial Office who also lost his mother in Egypt, less than a week ago.

May God have mercy on the souls of those who passed and may He grant their families the patience, faith and strength to carry on in these difficult times.
