Berkeley, CA, April 12, 2011. Join the University of California Botanical Garden at Berkeley for our Friday, April 29 from 5 - 7:30 pm (Members' Sale) and Saturday, April 30 from 10 am - 2 pm (Public Sale) to celebrate the Spring season with a trip to our 36th Annual Spring Plant Sale.
Since 1975 we have been known for offering a choice selection of intriguing plants to Bay Area gardeners. We propagate plants chosen from the Garden's own global collection and provide discerning gardeners rare and uncommon plants that will thrive in local gardens. This is a wonderful opportunity to add something special to your own garden while supporting the Garden's mission of promoting understanding and appreciation of plants and the natural environment and conserving plant diversity.
Members are invited to the Friday, April 29 preview and silent auction. Enjoy
Barefoot Wine & Bubbly with appetizers from Bancroft Catering while plant shopping in the beautiful twilight setting of the Garden.
