Congratulations to all who participated as a walker, runner, or volunteer for Portland to Coast and Hood to Coast. Our summer heat slipped out of town, which meant cooler temperatures on the course. 

 

WOW is offering several programs wrapping up summer and welcoming Fall. Check out the website and share with your friends. 5K, 10K, Half Marathon Training & Walking for Runners start the end of September. We will be moving indoors in October for indoor Fall Fitness beginning October 14th.
