Summer has arrived in the Pacific Northwest as of July 4th. What glorious weather it is! I am definitely enjoying my walks & other fun out door activities. This is a favorite time as the farmers markets explode with blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Peaches are next. These fresh greens, kale, chard, spinach, collards, are readily available. Yummy. June was a fun month as I had the opportunity of presenting all things walking for employees at Portland General Electric, WebTrends and Pacific Natural Foods.
