BGCH Aliamanu Multimedia Center Grand Opening
Join U.S. Congressman Abercrombie and BGCH for a special Hawaiian blessing and grand opening of our new BGCH multimedia outreach site in Aliamanu on Monday, August 31st at 2:30 p.m.. BGCH Aliamanu will be open for kids ages 7 -17 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday at the Aliamanu Middle School campus (3271 Salt Lake Blvd.). The program's primary focus will be video and audio production where kids can expect to learn basic video editing with Imac Final Cut studio, stop motion animation and audio sound recording. HIT - Tennis Clinic at Spalding
Hawaiian Isles Tennis (HIT) Partners with BGCH for Free Youth Tennis Clinic on August 8, 2009 from 11 am to 12:30 pm at the Charles C. Spalding Clubhouse organized by Mano Nguyen, Talent HR Solutions and Leilani Magee, HIT. Bring your child and learn some fun techniques and get introduced to the sport of tennis! Kids will play with rubber rackets and balls. |
Old Navy School Supplies Drive
Send Boys & Girls members to school with their backpacks filled!
Whether they are employees at The Disney Store, students at the University of Phoenix or shoppers at Old Navy, everybody has a chance to help collect school supplies for BGCH kids. If you drop off two school supplies at Old Navy August 21 - August 27th you will recieve a 10% coupon. |
