 Message from Rob Moore
Greetings!
On behalf of the Board and Management of CBSR - we wish you a fun, happy and responsible holiday.
I have had the opportunity to spend the last five weeks traveling across the country meeting with Canada's CSR leaders, and I am truly amazed at the quality and dedication that exists in our nation. From CBSR staff to member companies to leading consultants and organizations involved in the social and environmental responsibility movement - we are fortunate to live and work among such progressive, caring and frankly clever people. I look forward to the new year - to continue the consultations and conversations with many of you; and to ensuring CBSR continues to add value and remain a relevant and meaningful partner in the evolution of CSR in Canada in 2012 and beyond.Rob Moore
Interim President & CEO

 CBSR Strategic Renewal Update
Several months ago, we announced our plan for strategic review and renewal to ensure CBSR's relevance and leadership in a rapidly evolving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) marketplace.
The process began with multiple consultations with CBSR stakeholders, as well as engagement of the broader CSR community in a discussion about where and how CBSR can play a role in the evolution of Canadian CSR performance.
As part of the renewal process, Rob Moore, CBSR's Interim President & CEO is providing regular updates on the outcome of consultations and on the progress of CBSR's leadership transition and strategic renewal efforts. Read his thoughts and updates from the Vancouver Round Table Session.
Input from the CSR community is critical to this process and we seek your thoughts and opinions. If you are interested in being a part of CBSR strategic renewal, please take a few minutes to complete the CBSR Organizational Renewal Survey. The deadline to submit your comments is Friday, December 16th, 2011.
