We had a great time at the Annapolis Home and Remodeling Expo in Annapolis this month. Thank you to all who took a moment to introduce yourselves and learn more about Villa.

 

Many thanks to familiar faces for taking the time to stop in and say hello and a very special thank you to Ray and Jan Christensen, of Arnold for stopping by. Jeff and I are very grateful to the ongoing support of our many past clients and the many friends of Villa, both old and new. We simply cannot thank all of you enough.

There is no denying that times are tough for everyone, but there are many reasons why now is a good time to invest in your home by making it as comfortable and livable for years to come. Home improvement tax credits are available for home improvements 'placed in service' from January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010. In addition, material costs have lowered a bit, and scheduling to get a project started and in progress couldn't be more favorable.
