This straight from the heart, we are delighted to have you as a friend to us and to our company, Villa Builders. Whether you are a past client, or a homeowner in the discovery stage, Jeff and I welcome you to our updated newsletter format.
We searched for a way to keep in touch with you--one that would be a more planet friendly, flexible and efficient way. I learned about Constant Contact via the newsletters and email we receive from our church. Using this kind of program gives us more options for keeping in touch, sharing information about upcoming events, new trends, and offering home maintenance tips.

On January 24, 2009 during a formal evening at the Bethesda North Marriott, 100 projects by 43 of the Washington Metro area's top remodelers and design-build firms received recognition and awards for creativity and craftsmanship. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Metro DC Chapter, awarded Villa Builders, two awards; the 2008 Capital CotY Honorable Mention, for Residential Kitchen $50,00-$100,000 (pictured above) and Residential Bath $30,000-$60,000.
