We have 2 white bins in the blue rolling cabinets as you enter the pool, FULL of items from around the pool that families have left-behind. You could almost make a new wardrobe out of all we've collected!
FYI - on the 20th of each month, any items left in lost and found in good condition will be taken to Memorial Assistance Ministries (MAM) and donated.
Be sure you check the bins - you might find some things that belong to you!

Dear SORA Members:
Thanks for your patience as we got through the busy month of May with lots of swim team practice and a few days of pool closing due to water clarity issues. We are pleased to report that our filters have been replaced and the pool is looking great! By your attendance, we know you are enjoying the pool and grounds and we're excited to see so many new faces around the property!
Memberships are continuing to flow in, and as of today we have 107 families belonging to the pool, a few just swim team members, but the majority of these families are here for the full-season. If you see a new face, be sure to introduce yourself!
It takes all of us working together to make SORA a great place - be watching the bulletin board at the pool for a list of ways you can volunteer and help out.

The pool will be closing at 5:00 PM this Thursday and next as we host Swim Meets.

JUNE 13 MEMBER WALK-A-THON (again!)
This was such a success in May, we're doing another one! We want ALL OUR NEIGHBORS to know about SORA! Join us at the pool THIS SATURDAY at 5:00p as we prepare for our EVENING walk-a-thon. We'll have maps of the neighborhood, along with cards you can pass out as you walk your assigned streets to introduce ourselves and tell our neighbors about the pool. The cards have a "coupon" on the back good for a FREE DAY AT THE POOL, so they can come try us out.
BRING YOUR KIDS... we want FAMILIES involved in this Walk-A-Thon. Time 5:00 - 8:30 PM. At 5:00p, we'll have pizza for those that arrive hungry and we'll depart at 5:30p to begin our Walk-a-thon.
We'll meet back at the pool at 8:30p and celebrate with an ice cream party for all those that participate!

Our Memorial Day Event was such a huge success, we want to celebrate again with 4th of July. Invite your family, neighbors and friends and join us for a full-day of fun at the pool on Saturday, July 4. More details to come...

JULY 10 YOUTH NIGHT (8-11P)
ALL YOUTH (entering 6th grade through High School) are invited to join us for a great evening of FUN with FRIENDS. Cost is $5.00/youth. We'll have games, Rock-Band, concessions, AND swimming! Invite your friends ... it's going to be a BLAST!
The fun starts at 8p, at 9p the pool closes to members, and the grounds are open till 11p just for YOUTH!
This is a chaperoned event. If you'd like to help out for future events, please let us know.
