5 Bar Beef Ranch Roundup
This month Slow Food Orange County was proud to offer tours of the 5 Bar Beef Ranch in Trabuco Canyon. Owner Frank Fitzpartick welcomed us onto his ranch and explained how he raises his herd of Barzona cattle for the grass-fed beef that he sells at local farmers markets. If you would like to purchase 5 Bar Beef visit Frank at the Irvine Farmers Market across from UCI on Saturday mornings or the Laguna Hills Farmers Market on Friday mornings.
