Dean of Residential Life and Students The Dean of Residential Life & Students (DRLS) is responsible for the overall residential life of the Academy, including student discipline. The DRLS is a member of the Academy's Leadership Team. The DRLS must be a teacher and a visible, supportive, and inclusive campus leader in all aspects of his/her job as relating to the Academy mission, student leadership, student expectations, and student requirements. In addition, the DRLS must foster and encourage faculty/staff leadership and involvement in all aspects of residential life.
Head Baseball Coach/Teacher The successful Head Coach of BA baseball must also be an Academic leader on campus. It is required that he demonstrates exceptional promise of outstanding competency in at least one of three academic roles on campus: English / Humanities classroom teacher, Science / Math classroom teacher, or College Counselor.
Head Soccer Coach/Teacher Bridgton Academy, seeks a talented and energetic Head Soccer Coach/Teacher. Beyond the soccer commitment, the successful applicant will also be asked to teach three sections of English and/or history each semester.
Humanities Teacher/Assistant Lacrosse Coach Bridgton Academy seeks a talented and energetic Humanities (English/History) Teacher/Assistant Lacrosse Coach. In addition to teaching and coaching, engagement in the life of the school beyond coaching is a major expectation of working at Bridgton Academy, and such expectations will, with this position, include residential life responsibilities. Applicants should have, at the minimum, a B.A. degree, preferably prior school experience, and, very importantly, an appreciation for the Academy's unique mission and goals.
School Store Manager: Bridgton Academy seeks a manager for the school store. The requirements include: Minimum of highschool diploma, retail experience helpful, fulfill all retail functions of a small store, friendly and outgoing with excellent customer service skills.
Registrar Bridgton Academy seeks an energetic and organized school registrar. Candidates may be asked, based on their credentials, to play a broader role in the life of the school (e.g., in the classroom, college process, or other appropriate areas). This is a twelve-month position and receives full benefits. |
