As we enter our fifth year of business, I would like to personally thank each and every one of you for your continued business and tremendous loyalty to The Barkley - especially through such challenging economic times. It has been an exciting venture, to say the least, and I am proud to say we have made more than 8,000 pets feel safe and secure away from home. The brand continues to grow with a celeb-filled facility in Los Angeles and more on the way! National magazines have coined us America's Premier Pet Care Facility and we are proud to be a Cleveland-based company.

I often hear from many of you personally and want to thank you for your well wishes, great ideas and suggestions on how we can accommodate you even better. Like us, sometimes our pets can catch a cold, or worse, get sick. It's important for The Barkley staff to know of these illnesses prior to a boarding, day camp or grooming appointment.

If your pet will be receiving any medications, vitamins or supplements while at The Barkley, please present them to the front desk associates at check in. We have forms that are associated with administering medication so please talk to our staff about this process.

We kindly request that you do not put any medications into bags of food that you have prepared for your pet. If there is unknown medication in the food, our staff cannot properly monitor ingestion, witness administration and, in the unlikely event of an emergency, we cannot provide timely, accurate information to veterinary personnel.

Administering medications to your pet is very serious and an important part of The Barkley providing top-notch care. Please let us know if you have any questions about this matter and we thank you for your continued support of our strict standards.
