Stop, Look and Listen!

Three drive-up book drops, retrieved from the East Valley Branch Library, are now located curbside in the Escondido Public Library's front parking lot.  The installation of the new book drops redirects the flow of traffic so that the book drops are conveniently accessible from the driver's side. Please observe the new one-way signs and go slowly - safety first!

Meet Doris Martin, Holocaust Survivor

Doris Martin, author of the memoir Kiss Every Step, shares her first-person account of the tragedy of the Holocaust and her family's desparate quest for survival. She endured Auschwitz and time in a concentration labor camp. Somehow, she and her entire family miraculously survived. Book signing follows speaking engagement.
