Hello YCSH,
First I would like to formally introduce Chef Steve Lawson, who joined our kitchen staff in April. You may have seen him working the Grille Room, he comes from an extensive background of experience and we are excited to have him! Chef Lawson will be joining Chef Blaszczyk and the rest of the kitchen staff throughout the summer.
Don't forget about the Club Phillies trip on July 25th. Hopefully by that time, they'll be on a winning streak! To reserve your tickets, please call the Club Office at 609-368-1201.
There is no wedding this Saturday and the main bar will be open. However, congratulations to Susan and David who will be hosting a ceremony and dinner party on Sunday evening to celebrate their nuptials.
Start Memorial Day Weekend off right with our first Nosh Night on Thursday, May 24. Featuring specialty bar food, and of course, wings! Then join us for a Club tradition at Flag Raising on Saturday.
See you around the Club!

A play about power, ambition, political secrets, ruthlessness and the race for the presidency, Gore Vidal's The Best Man is set at the national convention where two candidates are vying for their party's nomination during the primary season. It's an inside look at the dirt-digging, double-dealing, triple-crossing chicanery of presidential electioneering...and what could be more fun in a Presidential campaign season than these theatrical fireworks.
