Jalapeno Popper Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced jalapenos (pickled)
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise,cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano and jalapenos in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
- Mix the panko bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano and sprinkle over the dip.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the sides are bubbling and the cheese cheese has melted and turned golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.

Spring Clean Up
Please take a moment to look at your perimeters and clean up cigarette butts, cans, bottle tops, trash etc. Now that the snow has melted these items are visible. As a reminder, over the past summer all apartments were clean and free of debris before your move in. It is your responsibility to keep the area clean.

Jamestown & Union Square Pet Owners
Please remember to clean up after your pet when out walking your pets. We have had numerous complaints concerning certain buildings and would like to remind you that if our United staff/contractors are required to clean up these messes, all pet owners of that building will be charged a clean up fee.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and visitors. Thank you and we appreciate your help regarding this matter.

It's In Your Lease...
6.UTILITY FEE: Lessee(s) also agree to deposit with Lessor $200.00 per person as a non-refundable utility fee, to be used by Lessor to pay for water, sewer and trash removal. If lessees' actual bill exceeds the utility fee paid, then lessees will be responsible to pay any overages and will be billed for such (this is intended to give lessees the incentive to be responsible for using normal and reasonable amounts of water, and to immediately notify Landlord of any maintenance required, i.e., leaks, running toilets, etc.).
