Body Composition Readings
If you are trying to stay or get fit, knowing your body fat percentage and other important body composition information is vital. In this first step in our plan to add more fitness and weight loss services we are now offering full body composition readings that including the following information:
- Weight
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Body Fat Percentage
- Muscle Percentage
- Basal Metabolic Rate (how many calories you burn at rest)
- Body Age Analysis
- Visceral Fat Information
Cost - The cost for a single reading is $10 or you may purchase 12 readings for $75. If you are a member you can purchase the 12 reading package for only $60. Any additional readings for members would be only $5 each.
Includes - Your Body Composition Reading comes complete with eight pages of information explaining your results.
Weight loss and fitness are about reducing body fat and increasing lean tissue (muscle), they are not about losing pounds alone. The only way to manage your fitness and weight goals is to get regular body composition readings.

On December 20, 2009 a Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from among the weekly winners this year. To get entered into the grand prize drawing you must first win one of the weekly drawings. To get entered into the weekly drawing participate in as many of the ways to enter as possible. The more entries you get during a given week, the more ways you have to win.
