Members of Mountainside Fitness now get special pricing at the spa on all Honu 60 minute therapeutic massages. The Honu massage is a premium full body therapeutic massage done at any pressure you request.
This is a great opportunity for you to experience the Hawaiian Spa at an incredible price. There is no obligation, no membership at the spa is required, and you can come as many times as you wish!
Regular Price - $89
Mountainside Price - $49 for your first visit and $69 for all other visits
If you have never had a treatment at the spa your first massage is only $49. If you have been in before you still save $20. Your massages are only $69 - no limit.

Beginning October 1, 2009 we will continue to offer Mountainside members the special $49 introductory price for the first treatment, however, additional treatments will be at regular prices.

Tips and Ideas to Make your Visit Even Better
How to prepare for treatment - Do I need any special preparation?? Should I shave or skip it? What should I wear?
- Showering before a treatment is always a good idea. You will feel more comfortable and so will your therapist. :)
- To shave or not to shave: Men - don't shave before a facial. Women - do shave before a massage.
- What to wear: Thai massage is done while wearing gym clothes. Medical massage often requires gym clothes (gym shorts for men, shorts and sports bra for women) for the initial assessment so we can conduct a postural analysis. Other than Thai massage you will normally take everything off for the massage so as long as it fits in the locker, wear whatever you like to the spa.
- Make up - No make up is best.
