Greetings!

We are continuing our research on retirees and are finding some fascinating information. We put a survey on Craigslist and hope to get a lot more responses.

We ask the basic questions, such as how long you've been retired, with whom do you live, how do you fill your days, etc. What we are most interested in is finding out what people are doing in their retirement, and what they're doing related to economics, health, circumstances, desires, interests, or just accidentally.

Once we have compiled the results, we'll share them with you.

Please join us with our research by going to

 https://post.craigslist.org/u/uhw1_9r-4RGJCLQjQxMsCg/kfupb,
and responding to the questions. All responses are confidential. We don't even know who they are.

Happy October,

Gail and Ed

THOUGHT FOR THE MONTH

The key to retirement is to find joy in the little things.

- Susan Miller

OUR NEW VENTURE

Your LEGACY Recorded

Your past is a rich tapestry of history, replete with stories, which like precious artifacts, reflect your life, your lessons, your special moments.

Give your loved ones the gift of your life, told through your memory of events, big and small, that occurred in your past. This is an opportunity to record your life story,  your dreams--past and present--as a special gift for your family, and for yourself.

Your Legacy Stories

"You understand your life better than if you share it piece by piece with other people . . . Something happens during the telling that goes beyond what is achieved by the remembering alone. . . New experiences become reminders of feelings and events that we have set aside and thoughts we had forgotten . . . as each new session builds on previous sessions." - Dr. James Birren, Ph.D., Psychology Today. The result is not only greater self understanding for each participant, but also a stronger bond among family members.

Let us record and write your Legacy now.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IS HAVING YOUR LIFE RECORDED AND/OR WRITTEN ABOUT, SEND US AN EMAIL (gail@coachability.com or edtopar@gmail.com), AND WE WILL SEND YOU MORE INFORMATION.

BOOK REVIEW -  DOING WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVING WHAT YOU DO

Robert Anthony's book
, Doing What You Love, Loving What You Do, is one of the most influential books in my library. It was well worth the time it took to type my underlines and notes. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. This month's issue winds up this motivating book. ENJOY!!

DOING WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVING WHAT YOU DO

DR. ROBERT ANTHONY

THE PAST DOESN'T HAVE TO CONTROL YOUR FUTURE.  The person you are is the result of past programming.  Giving up the past is the key to inner freedom. Remaining a slave to past conditioning is a choice.

Desire is intense and powerful. If properly nurtured, it will always provide the necessary fuel for success. The stronger your desire, the greater your power to produce whatever it is you want.

The best way to channel desire is toward one major goal at a time. As each goal is achieved, a number of small goals will generally be achieved as well.

Think of desire as a higher level of consciousness that is knocking at your door, trying to give you a greater good. Trust that it exists, and that it is constantly working for you in an effort to help you succeed.

Never look back. Now and again, it is good to look at your daily routines to see how they can be improved. The object here is to expend your time and energies in only the most practical and productive ways.

WE SHALL SUCCEED!!!
