Hello Angels and welcome to the second edition of Assisting Angels Newsletter!

Everything is settled in the new office; looks as if we've been there forever.  Be sure to stop by and check it out when you can.  Again the address is 5979 W Overland Road, Boise, Idaho.  It is just off the intersection of Overland and Curtis on the south side of the road across from the Big Bun Drive-Inn.

Another reminder about the new office, if you are required to use a time card instead of telephony, you can drop it at the drop box by the front door of the office.

We received great feedback on the first newsletter that was sent to you last month.  Please remember to let us know if there is anything you would like to have included.  Our goal is to have a venue to keep everyone informed of upcoming events, training, articles of newsworthiness, etc.   This newsletter is for you!

Once again, thank you for all you do throughout the year.  The office staff wishes you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Outreach Coordinator,

The Staff of Assisting Angels

New Bonus for On-Call Caregivers!

Assisting Angels has added a new bonus for caregivers who are on the Emergency Back Up On-Call List each week. The requirements to earn this bonus are as follows:
  • Caregiver must be ASSIGNED to On-Call List and notified by your supervisor that you are on-call during the week in which your supervisor is also on-call.
  • On-Call Caregiver answers her phone immediately, or she returns supervisor's call within 10 minutes.
  • On-Call Caregiver reports to assignment on time and completes assignment, as documented by clocking in/out appropriately.
  • Caregiver works a minimum of 4 hours or more at the emergency on-call assignment.

The caregiver will be given a $20 bonus for every emergency on-call assignment she works that week. This could potentially add a very generous total bonus to your paycheck at the end of the pay period!

This is our way of saying thank you to those of you who so faithfully go above and beyond in helping Assisting Angels provide consistent, prompt, high quality service to our clients. So thank you!

I want to also wish each of you a blessed Christmas and New Year as you spend time with your loved ones, friends and extended families.

Warmest Regards,

Brenda Critell
