How To Earn Bonuses

Greetings!

Diana Drake

Welcome to our first Employee Newsletter! In an effort to keep our caregivers informed as to what is going on with our agency, Brenda has decided to have a brief monthly employee newsletter via email.  The newsletter will be a platform so we will be able to touch base with everyone and keep you in the loop about upcoming events, office changes, caregiver kudos, office and payroll reminders, upcoming training events, etc.  This is a dual forum, so if there is anything you would like to include, feel free to let us know so we can include it and get it out on the next issue.

So, let's get started.  Please note, the day after Thanksgiving, the office will be moving to a new location.  We have acquired a newer office with more space, better location, and at no additional cost. The new address is 5979 W Overland Road.  It's located on the south side of W. Overland just west of the Curtis Road intersection.  If you need to drop by, be sure to go to the new location after November 26th since we will no longer be at the Federal Way site.  All phone numbers will remain the same, no changes there.

The staff at Assisting Angels would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks again for all you do!

How To Earn  Bonuses
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are a couple of ways a caregiver can earn bonuses.
  1. Refer a caregiver
    • After your referral's successful completion of 90-days probation with Assisting Angels, you will receive a $50 bonus.
  2. Refer a client
    • Bonuses are paid each pay period to you as long as your referral continues receiving services from Assisting Angels. This is truly the bonus that keeps on giving, and it really adds up over time.
Caregivers,
Please make every effort to clock in and out at your assignments.  This is very important . . . we cannot finalize your schedule for payroll unless you have completed this!  If you have been authorized to use  paper timesheets, these must be in the office or faxed to the office by 8 AM every Monday or you will not be paid that week for the missing assignments.
If there was a problem at your assignment that did not allow you to clock in or out via telephony, please call the office by 8 am the following morning . . . and especially call on Monday morning at 8 am if you had a problem over the weekend.
We make every effort to make sure you are paid correctly for the assignments you work . . . but we need to have the correct information to us in a timely manner.
Thank you for your cooperation on this!
 Sherry,
Bookkeeper
