"Greatness is not a function of circumstance.  Greatness, as it turns out, is largely a matter of conscious choice and discipline." -Jim Collins, Good to Great Dear Harding Families, As we prepare to begin our 60th year at Harding Academy, I want to tell you how excited I am about our future.  Our school has been built on a firm foundation, and I am convinced that the next sixty years will see continued growth and progress as we strive to honor God's call to be a "Kingdom School" serving our children and our community.  Thank you for entrusting your children to us.  It is an obligation and a privilege that we take very seriously.  I am eager to get to know each of you better as we work together to move Harding from good to GREAT.  Together, we can truly "Change the Face of Harding Academy." Two areas of focus for the President's office are improved communication and increased family involvement.  I pledge to make sure that we are transparent and informative, that we keep promises, and that we find ways to engage parents in what we are trying to accomplish.  Be assured that maintaining this trust is at the core of who we are and what we are trying to accomplish - all for God's glory.
