A Note from Jay
Hello friends,
The New Year is off to a great start here at 4th & Swift. The restaurant is busy as the neighborhood continues to grow along with our reputation. We are excited about the new additions to our winter menu and our terrific new dessert menu from pastry chef LaTonya Crawford.
It is worth noting that our lead barman Kevin Bragg (he hates the term "mixologist") is working some serious magic behind the bar. His cocktails are otherworldly and even if you're primarily a wine lover, you should consider trying one of his delicious libations next time you come in. Kevin uses nothing but the highest quality ingredients; procures his own aromatics, roots and herbs; makes his own bitters and extracts and employs a variety of fresh fruit and produce. He's the "chef" of our bar. Keep this in mind on your next visit.
Thanks to those of you who attended our "Toast to Allen Jones" event. It was a huge success. Allen was touched by the outpouring of support, everyone had a blast and we raised $5,000 for Feed My Lambs.
We are already booked up for this Saturday and for Valentine's Day! However, we do have some spots available on Friday and Sunday if you are looking to celebrate the holiday this weekend.
Thanks for your support, and we look forward to serving you again soon.
Peace,
eat real food.
