A Note from Jay
Well, we
have made it to our 2 year anniversary!! That's a big deal in our business, especially in this economy. It is considered kind of a turning
point. We are very proud of what we have been able to accomplish here at 4th & Swift,
and I want to thank all of our friends, regulars, staff and vendors for being
part of it. It has been a terrific
ride.
Cukes and Squash on the Patio  | Going
forward, we will be focusing on continuing to source, prepare and
provide only
the best fresh food the market has to offer. That, of course, is only
getting harder, but we are very
creative and will certainly find ways to satisfy our hardcore "foodie"
clientele, as well those who simply want a really fresh and thoughtfully
prepared meal. That is what we do - it's not negotiable - as evidenced
by the 4th & Swift urban vegetable garden!
And our very own Tomato Jungle  | We have a
few special events going on this month. Our 2nd Anniversary Event will be on June 25. We will offer a 4-course summer farm- to-table menu with choices. The next day I will be doing a
cooking demo at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market. And if you have a sweet tooth, you won't want to miss our talented pastry chef, Chrysta, at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's 10th annual Chocolate! event.
