Highlights from the Brunch menu include: Tybee Island Shrimp Bisque with Vanilla Crema, Lemon Oil and Tarragon, "Steak and Eggs" with
a 4th & Swift twist - Niman Ranch Flat Iron Steak, Smoked Tomato Pico de Gallo, Fried Farm Eggs and Brioche Toast, our signature "Three Little Pigs" featuring three variations of pork - Grilled Loin, Crispy Belly and Sausage with Macaroni & Cheese and a selection of Sweet Endings from Chef Chrysta. We will offer regular dinner service on Mother's Day, featuring our classic à la carte menu.
