Cheese" with Thick Berkshire Belly "Rasher", Heirloom Grits, Black Wax Cheddar and Buttermilk Biscuits,
"Vanilla and Warm Spice Battered Brioche Toast" with Macerated Blueberries, Lemon Mascarpone and Maple Flakes, the classic "Steak and Eggs" with
a 4th & Swift twist - Niman Ranch Flat Iron Steak, Smoked Tomato Pico de Gallo, Fried Farm Eggs and Brioche Toast and a selection of sweet endings from Chef Chrysta.
