A Note from Jay
Hello Everyone, We're starting to get excited about the spring menu. We began writing it today. Halibut season starts April 1st. Asparagus and English peas should be here this week or next. Spring Vidalias and local strawberries are right around the corner. We are doing Halibut "with peas and carrots" for the Spring Menu as well as a Spring Vegetable Lasagna. Also, Chilled Olive Oil Poached Asparagus Salad, Duck "Pot Pie", Lamb Loin Chops with Harissa and Local Eggplant, and Scallops with Vidalia Soubise, just to name a few.
We'll be planting our herb and chili pepper garden on the patio the second week of April. We will plant sage, chive, basil, cilantro, fennel, habanero chiles, fresnos, and thai chiles among others. We look forward to having that aesthetic on our patio and using the fresh herbs and chiles daily in the kitchen.

Spring is Here
Tomorrow, March 20th, marks the official first day of Spring with the Vernal Equinox and we have decided that it is time to get outdoors and open up the patio. So, come sit with us, have one of our newly crafted Spring cocktails and watch the building of Atlanta's newest green space, The Historic Fourth Ward Park. 4th & Swift is proud to be a founding member of the Historic Fourth Ward Park Conservancy and we invite you to watch the progress as this green space grows in our very own backyard.

Behind the Bar & In the Cellar
At 4th & Swift we like to keep our menus changing with the seasons in order to offer the very best products at the times they were meant to be enjoyed. So, every five or six weeks we undergo a bit of a shift with our offerings and, with our Spring Seasonal Menu coming out shortly, we are proud to present the latest edition of our Wine List. We have added a selection of half bottles from around the world along with a few of Seth's favorites for early Spring. Behind the bar we like to take seasonality to another level. We have been doing lots of research, or if you prefer drinking, to craft what we believe are some of the most creative and tasty you'll find in the city. Highlights from our Spring Cocktail menu include the Cucumber Martini made with freshly squeezed cucumbers and cucumber vodka, the Royal Garden made with English Gin, fresh basil and grapefruit and lime juices, and the Cabezon with Spiced Rum and our house made orgeat syrup.
