Supporting Haiti

Empowering Through Education Camp founder, Shaina Gilbert '10, recently attended the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) University in Miami. Nearly 1,500 college students, youth organizations, and university officials met to discuss solutions to pressing global issues. Read Shaina's blog about GGI U.
The Brandeis community has raised over $23,000 towards the Haiti Relief Effort. It is on track to surpass its target goal of raising $25,000. This Saturday, May 1, the Hope for Haiti fundraiser will celebrate the

The Schneider Institutes and the Programs in Sustainable International
Development at Brandeis are collaborating to create an Institute for
Global Health and Development, a research institute housed within the
Heller School for Social Policy and Management designed to garner
information that will help policymakers increase their focus on the

The Office of Global Affairs has created a sharable database of recent and upcoming travel to India. All faculty, students, staff, and alumni/friends who are traveling to India are encouraged to submit an entry and to visit the live database site. See the database.
