From Kitchen to Market II

Friday, March 4

9am - 12noon

Anni Minuzzo will present an inclusive look at what it takes to run a profitable food or beverage, manufacturing or production business.  She will cover topics such as trends in the marketplace, capitalization, marketing & sales, and her "Big 4".  The "Big 4" are product, placement, price, and promotion.
