Happy 2012!
Dear Vinatero Family,
Reflecting back on 2011, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making it possible to do what we love everyday. During 2011, we have witnessed our beloved Vinatero Family celebrate new babies, proposals, marriages, relationships, jobs, and graduations. We have also seen the tough times for our Vinatero Family and pray for less pain and more peace. We wish EVERYONE a very very Happy and prosperous 2012 filled with good health and good times... Oh yeah, and lots of good Wine & Beer too!

"Open Mic" Poetry Night | |
By popular demand... it's finally here! Our Vinatero "Open Mic" Poetry Night!
Thursday, January 12th, 2012
starting at 7:30pm
This open mic poetry night will be hosted by local Whittier poet, Eric Morago, but featuring any and all that want to get up on the microphone and share their poetry.
Our "Wine & Poetry" nights have been a huge success and many customers and audience members alike have been asking for a special night when they can be in the spotlight. So this is YOUR night.
If you're interested in reading, the sign up sheet will go up at 7:00 PM sharp. First come, first serve. Sign up wherever you'd like on the list. Eric Morago will call names up in the order they're on the list.
Readers may read 3 poems or 6 minutes. Whichever comes first.
While poetry is about freedom of expression, we do ask that people still be respectful when they're behind the mic and use their very best judgment before reading something that might be overtly offensive. Thanks!

Join us on Fridays for
Vinatero Vinyl Nights!
7pm - 11pm
Just bring your favorite vinyls, put your name on a sign up sheet, and when your name is called you get to play YOUR song ON OUR TURNTABLE for the entire bar to hear. Remember, only 10 minutes max per song. Don't have any vinyls? No problem, just come and enjoy the party!
These nights are always a guaranteed good time for all who attend. Bring a friend, or come on your own and make new friends.
21 & over only. As always, please have your Valid ID.

The theme is any "Animal" related songs! In other words, music with any animal named in the title. Fun, fun, fun! Just bring your mp3 player, put your name on a sign-up sheet, and when your name is called you get to play YOUR song for the entire bar to hear. Remember, only 10 minutes max per song. Don't have an mp3 player? No problem, just come and enjoy the party! 21 and over only. As always, a Valid ID is required. Thank you!
