Vista Del Rey Vineyards Tasting

If you've had the opportunity to go wine tasting in Paso Robles, then you already know what a unique experience it can be. On one of these trips to Paso Robles we met Dave and Carol King of Vista Del Rey Vineyards. It has since become one of our most  memorable wine tasting experiences. We try to make a trip out there at least once a year. In this email you can see some of the pictures from our last trip we took there in November 2008. We are so happy to host them once again at Vinatero.
Space is limited to the first pre-paid guests. We are exclusivly offering tickets to our e-mail customers first before we open it to the public. Please come in to purchase your tickets or purchase by phone ASAP. Reserve your spot now for only $30 per person. Vinatero Summer Sessions 
Our classes continue! They are taught by Vinatero's own extremely
knowledgeable and friendly staff.
BEER 101 - Saturday 8/22/09 at 5pm
Instructor: Dean Green
This class is for the BEGINNING beer drinker who would like to learn more about the BASICS, such as:
- how beer is made (the brewing process)
- beer styles and their characteristics
- proper glassware
- beer culture
- and much more sudsy fun!
CHAMPAGNE 101 - Saturday 8/29/09 at 5pm
Instructor: Gabriel Trevino
This class is for the BEGINNING champagne drinker who would like to learn more about the BASICS, such as:
- how to properly open a bottle of champagne
- how champagne is made
- the history of Champagne
- sweetness levels of Champagne
- and lots more bubbly fun!
Reserve your spot now for any one of these classes for only $25 per person, per class. This price includes the wine/beer education, all the wine/beer that is poured, light appetizers, and fun! As a bonus, all paid attendees will receive 10% off all their purchases the day of the event!

Vinatero ipod Nights continue!
Just bring your mp3 player, put your name on a sign up sheet, and when your name is called you get to play YOUR song for the entire bar to hear. We plan to hold the event on selected Thursday nights 5pm - 10pm. Each night will have a different theme. Remember, only 10 minutes max per song.
The next night will be: Thursday 8/27/09 - COVER songs - Only songs that are NOT originals will be played. The definition of a cover song is: a new  rendition, performance or recording, of a previously recorded, commercially released song NOT by the original artist. Music, wine, beer, old friends, & new friends... the perfect ingredients for another wonderful evening at Vinatero!
