Yes, it was difficult work, (written with sarcasm) when we met to taste through all the wines with Chef Hugo Molina. Based on this meeting, Chef Molina and the Setá staff decided on the best wine and food pairings for this dinner. Trust us, that was a fun night. And the night of the wine dinner will be even more so, because now we will have the food to go with it. When you look at the menu you will see that all the selected wines are used in preparation of each of the food courses. Wow, each course was prepared just for this special evening. You do not want to miss this event.
